Like most of us in life, I have also had many difficult and challenging periods to overcome and this ultimately lead me on to a spiritual path of meditation, studying myself along with acceptance and constant self reflection. I also developed a keen interest in studing the mind and developing the skills to keep a postive mindset at all times.
With years of daily meditation & specific breathing exercises I have experienced a wonderful transformation and I would like to share and help others to live their best life of happiness and positivity.
How can I help you? My skills.
I have a degree in Psychology and a diploma in Psychological Therapies. I use a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy as well as mindfulness meditation and effective breathing exercises.
What do I offer and why use me?
I offer face to face therapy sessions either on a one to one or group basis or online via video call. Those who attend a session will also receive the 5 Step Wellbeing Program for FREE.
I use a variety of effective therapy techniques combining: Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) ; Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT); Mindfulness Meditation and various breathing exercises.
